  Maths Workshop

for

Years 1 and 2

9.15am - 10.00am   School Dining Hall

 

Miss Proctor worked with our families during this workshop. A great morning practising our maths  skills. Thank you to everyone who supported this BOP event. smiley

Lego Language Workshop - Week 1

9.00am - 9.45am  

Mrs Williams (CCHA) worked with our families during this week's workshop. The family members were helping their children to understand the words 'in, out, next to'. 

 

Activity 1 - Can you work together to get the Lego pieces out of the ice?
Activity 2 - Match the Lego cards and use the words 'next to'.
Activity 3 - Hide the Lego - Can your child describe where it is?    

 

We ended the session having some fun doing the Hokey Cokey! smiley

Friday 6th November

Christmas Crafts Workshop

for

 Year 4 Families

9.00am - 10.30am - Main Hall

 

We worked together to make Sock Snowmen.

'It was fun. Can we have more?'  

 'I really enjoyed the workshop. I wish I could do it again.'

Lego Language Workshop - Week 2

Mrs Williams (CCHA) worked with our families again during this week's workshop. The family members were helping their children to understand the words ' under, over'. 

 

 The families had great fun creating a den together and practising the target words using Lego!smiley

 

 

Friday 13th November

Christmas Crafts Workshop

for

 Year 3 Families

9.00am - 10.30am - Main Hall

 

We worked together to make Seed Bombs.

Welsh Workshop for Years 3,4 and 5 

2.00pm - 3.00pm - School Dining Hall 

 

Mrs Greet and Miss De Lloyd led our BOP Welsh Workshop. The children were so proud to show how well they could read and write in Welsh. Gwaith ardderchog!!

Family Point Cymru Workshop

9.00am - 10.30am  

Kathryn Allen (Development Consultant - ProMo-Cymru) returned to work with our families. Since her last visit she has been working with her team to develop the Family Point Cymru Website. She introduced the website to our families. They then tried it out and completed an online questionnaire.
